I absolutely abhor how terminally online mfs can see someone doing something great (like iiSU), go dig into their pass and then disregard any development that person made cuz a couple of years ago they said something mean or even toxic

There should be a law that makes it illegal to not have direct human contact in the support contact structures for any corporation, small ones can do it, massive ones also do it but only make it available to "HNI" ("high networth individuals")
