Council's King's Counsel Scott McLeod, told the court the homeless people tacitly consented to having their possessions bulldozed when they were given 1 hr notice of bulldozing but 15 days to appeal the decision.
The cruel actions of Moreton Bay council are bad enough.
But if we were a just and fair society, this would not just be a matter of homeless people's right being violated.
Being homeless would itself be considered a breach of #HumanRights.
