I totally get the complaint & how rude this is. I see this sort of comment from many who are part of the local RVA music scene. However, the unfortunate truth, is this is not a Richmond exclusive issue. I’ve attended and played shows in Boston, LA, DC, NC, NYC, etc. this is a common issue all over.😢

Mine didn’t vote for him, thankfully, nor did they vote at all, but they seem to buy into a lot of the propaganda. I just really try not to even talk about him or the administration with them in order to keep from arguing.

This is my childhood and this is also my first official introduction to Carole King. Listening to this always takes me back to my young elementary school days in the early 80’s. I have the CD and just bought the vinyl reissue!

I honestly don’t know how I’m doing. I feel like turning off from the barrage is of madness that occurs on a daily basis now helps but I also want information. I’m just trying to make myself numb to it all to cope. Is that the best way, I don’t know. I’d love to find a solution.

Yeah, I LOVED LA! I miss it every single day! But cost of living out there was tough, which is why I had to move back, I’d go back in a second if I were rich!

This is insanity! Like literally wtf is happening. It’s like a bad dream or evil movie plot. Where did the America we once knew and loved go? What saddens me most is thinking about all the men and women that fought and died for this country and our democracy through history and now it’s all in vain.

Thanks so much! I literally snapped the photo on my iPhone out my car window while driving through a parking lot. I of courses stopped the car for the picture though. I was pleased with the outcome, considering it was very spontaneous.
