Recently I edited my father’s autobiography, which included photos I don’t remember seeing before. His story of the journey back from New Zealand on the liner Rangutiki made me laugh (last photo). Sometimes we forget our parents were once young and exuberant. RIP, Daddy 💔

Delicious meal last night at Moulin de l’Abbaye in Brantôme - have been wanting to eat there for ages so my daughter treated us. So many courses! All good but think the highlight was the veal with lobster sauce 😋

It’s taken some work, but am pleased with the revamped terrace - plenty of places to sit & read a book 😀😎
