Morning from still Storm Claudia Portugal. No power this morning. Grr. Manually opened gates for quinta so everyone can go to work, come to work etc. Bloody pain. One month's rain fell in one day yesterday. Dreadful scenes of flooding, tragic death of elderly couple trapped in their home. So sad.

It's fab. We have subsidios here. An extra month in the summer and at Christmas. Salazar I initiative for people to have a holiday and afford Christmas.
