today (1/2) is my birthday so here's my #meettheartist2025 :)
My "Meet The Artist" 2025, done in the style of a medieval manuscript. I'm on the left, wearing a set of armor. On the right are three boxes of text, the first reading "SALEM 23 SHE/HER." My likes are listed in a box under an anatomical heart. They are listed as "FANTASY. DOLLS. CRITTERS. ANTIQUES." My dislikes are listed in a box under a skull. They are listed as "HEIGHTS. COMEDIANS. POLLUTION." There is a lot of imagery hidden in the picture, such as the daisies framing everything, they're my favorite flower. Framing my name, age, and pronouns is the snake, because I was born in the year of the snake. On the right of the snake is a goat, because I am a Capricorn! There is a small doll on the right hand side because I just really like dolls. On the bottom are my eyes and hands because I think they are my most prominent features. Above my portrait is a unicorn and under it is a horseshoe. I am holding a sword in my portrait, and the sword has a garnet on the handle because that's my birthstone.
