I can't help but falling in love with my job over and over again.

It's heckin cold in the field, despite the forcast promising me temperatures abpve freezing.

But honestly, nothing beats a sunrise like that. I'm really doing my dream job.

Salutations, i am Salem and i'm doing field biology stuff, focusing on birds especially. On the former bird page i ranted a lot about social and societal stuff. Will probably do that here as well.
I like art and games am a goth, a nerd and queer. Have a picture of me at work - I'm inside a tree!

I've been talking about my paleobiology class every now and then.
I got home from class and figured i could show you my drawing of a trilobite fossil (Elrathia kingii) from todays class. It's just a sketch by now, but i think i did well. I think about finishing it properly when i get it back 😊

I don't wanna say that i look heckin hot today, but i am a queer thirst trap.

Got myself that vest last week and it's such a great fit. A shame that i only have one lecture today and am not going out to flirt with all the girls and the thems, but the time for that will come :D

Well. It also looked badass as hell. Meet Nightsister Salem. I wore the look last satureday on an event.

It's hard to pick a favorite, as i love a lot of them, but my first starter, Snivy, always holds a special place in my heart.

It's a tiny green reptile that evolves into a majestic snake. And looking back, it's poetic: Snivy is the perfect companion for a biologist with a love for reptiles 💚🐍💛
