Excessive exfoliation can make the skin feel worse, so I’d say only exfoliating once or twice a week would be good.
Also, exfoliating creams n lotions are better for the skin than physically exfoliating.
I’ll leave a photo of the one I use.

I ended up going to the Seattle Pride in the Park festival! It was fun, n there was lots of cool stuff but I especially love these glow in the dark stickers I got!
