3rd member of the Sakura core is Matt. He is usually the driver of the Core's vehicles with Sebastian second if Matt has any issues. He is also the team's lead technology expert, even so, that doesn't stop him from getting into unlucky situations that his team has to pull him out of.

Sebastian used to work for Eggman until he was defeated and captured by Shadow. Not letting that go, he always has beef with Shadow. Alexis was the one that talked G.U.N. into giving him a second chance, now he works with the Sakura Core along with Matthew
