A coworker picked up this little bear for me at the #ngpa event last week. Even though I'm very cishet passing, I'm open about my identity at work and have a small pride flag on my desk and a few other items around my workspace. I don't hide my queerness. My company is supportive.

Is this a good thing or a bad thing at the moment?

Generally speaking, I'm not anyone out of the ordinary. You walk pass guys like me all the time at various places.

I'm pretty quiet, and if you tried to talk to me, I'd likely be polite but have a hard time keeping a conversation going without something in common.
