Notice the past tense. For added context, it was one of the only fields presented to me whenever I was forced into online college prep by my high school guidance counsellor. It's not Graphic Designers fault that a program designed to push kids into college gave so few options for future artists.

One of the major reason I didn't even bother pursuing a career in art was because I didn't want to be shunted into a "graphic design" field where I was forced to waste my skill on web design. That was what they wanted artists for before Al. And I thought *that* was a soulless waste of my time..
