I use YouTube Music as my podcast app (currently), and this episode isn't there (yet). I think I've noticed this before.
Are you intentionally giving priority to Apple podcasts? Or is something else causing this delay?

Here's a good (random thought!) example: remove a tick from a dog
The initial response is good.
If you click one of the LINK icons, it instantly reveals the sources it chose.
I'm not saying it's perfect but it's good.
