Started this yesterday and it’s a foot long already (48” wide); should be done in a couple of weeks at most. For a 6y/o girl.

My first response here says I didn’t find that racist af shirt available just now on Walmart but I did find this tshirt, which as someone whose youngest is permanently and 100% disabled from gun violence I find horrifying. Walmart out here advocating blowing people away. . . .

I looked this up just now and couldn’t find it on Walmart—did they take it down?—but there it was on Amazon, where it was available labeled as, “Funny Reading Teacher T-Shirt Nothing Beats Reading.” And of course the shiny pretty people shown wearing the shirt were white.

This bear was ambling along down LittleGuy’s street, keeping to the right as politely as could be:

Pride Industries pickup entering the parking lot of the ICE office and detention center at the John Miss Federal Building, 650 Capitol Mall, Sacramento.

Didn’t get a picture of the sign on the door that identified the vehicle as belonging to PRIDE INDUSTRIES; you’ll have to trust me on that one.

Same problem. All the skritches in the world didn’t fill Rango’s insatiable need for yet more and more and more love.

This is the most bizarre MAGAt sticker I’ve ever seen. Sorry it’s a bit blurry, we were at a red light and the car started to move as I was taking the picture.

The three pictures are labeled, “PEACE, LOVE, TRUMP.”

One of the little boys came into the living room, eating some of these “teardrop grapes,” telling me happily that they looked like penises. I tried one and said how good it was, to which he nodded approvingly, “and they look like penises.”

Here are the huskies behind it (I’m walking past their home with my dog).

This morning’s passenger—a lovely Boxer puppy on her way from Central California to a new life in Oregon.

The drives are organized by volunteer pet transport groups; I drive for three of them from the Bay Area to the foothills, and Modesto to Red Bluff.

Today was Modesto to SacTown.

Took the little boys to the playground only to find firefighters using it for a practice event (I had asked). The boys were following them around like ducklings. Here, I got them out of the way as soon as I took this picture.

This movie theatre has recliners! I’m in a recliner!

And you better believe I bought myself the souvenir chum bucket and float even though the cost was exhorbitant. If I have to wait fifty years for an experience, I’m gonna go all out.

(GranddaughterOne is enjoying my joy.)

I’m going to have this picture framed; bought a copy of the book (“Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes”) specifically to cut out this page.

If I were allowed to hang pictures in our shared living space, I’d hang this in the kitchen, but it’ll have to find a space in my bedroom with everything else.
