Thanks for the info! I was planning to visit both the west and east coasts, so that sounds perfect!
If there are any events, I’d love to check them out.
And thanks for worrying about the homesick, it’s just a couple of weeks, so I should be fine!
Thanks for the info! Looks like there are tons of events on the east coast. NYC Chinatown, noted!
Thank you for confirming! I'd be happy to visit if possible.
My Discord username is r1chbread, thanks again!
Thanks for the info! I'll check it out!
Great to hear! I’ll wait for more info. Thanks!
I’m planning to go to wherever the event takes place!
Thanks for the info! I’ll wait a bit and see if anything gets announced. I’m open to anywhere, since I’ll be in the States anyway, I’d love to travel for it!
I wanted to ask the western comp splatoon community, is there an upcoming lan tournament next march? I’m planning to visit the states around that time, and I’d love to come and spectate if there is one.
Same here, I realised it today too, super sad 😭
I’m currently planning to create a system, similar to a rating system, to seed Area Cup participants and place players in fair positions. If there are any references I could read, I’d appreciate your suggestions. The attached image shows what I’ve been trying out.

Here is the comparison with last seasons Race to Crown, with Lobster and Todo, the current top 2 runners making outstanding achievements (Calculated with current point system). Lobster have already gained exact same points he got from 15 tournaments, but with 11 tournaments already.

Almost half of the Race to Crown Seasons 25/26 is complete (#31 to #41, regular tournaments only — 11 out of 24). I’ve made this crown points progression graph. The top 20 are listed in order. I might have just proven that Lobster is an alien or something. Actual points in the thread.

Uzata has been consistently achieving with Dread, and Chiaki is among the best v96 players. The most intresting part was that three of them played without comms. Their coolerless run was impressive, though Lobster’s team placing second in qualifiers put them on the opposite side, easing their path.
Hi, here’s some information about them:
Roster: Uzata (vDread), Chiaki (v96), Negitoro-don (vRoller), Airisu (vBucket).
Uzata and Chiaki often participate in the area cup, but I’m not too sure about the other two since this was only their first or second time competing.

When you’ve caused so much hurt to a community, and your friends are trying to enable you to come back so you can help them win a tourney, then they are not actually your friend. They are someone who is using you for their benefit. A real friend would help you grow, away from the scene you damaged.

I'm not great at statements for stuff like this, nor should my voice be the the main one for this discussion today, but I wanted to briefly speak on the tournament situation today.
If anything is unclear or needs clarification please let me know in the replies and I will try to clarify.

The SWS video is finally here let's talk about.
1. Why Japan has such a big advantage.
2. Mistakes we made.
3. Can we ever win a large scale tourney vs multiple of their teams?

That is spicy cod roe with sesame oil and spring onions!
I never realised how hard this was to make until now 😂
This alone makes Japanese food worth visiting for! Absolutely amazing!
Reward after the hard work😎
