But if he is actually a traitor to his country? A kleptocrat that is in collusion with Putin, and doing just enough to keep the backers of Israel happy—the chaos isn’t an accident.

I think it is an easy out to say he just a clown. He may be a clown, but he is aligned with some despots that have strategies.
