The little I understand of the rule is that it's never a dead body if it's Ura and it will look good in slow motion! That looked a lot like a torinaoshi to me... Agree Ao deserved at least a mono-i.

So pleased with Nosho's performance. Clearly (ha!), Keisho's direct training at the heya is having massive benefits! Also, did Hakuoho win that prize solely on his kinboshi early in the basho? I love the kid, but this was far from an outstanding tournament for him!

I hope people now seeing him in his natural state can appreciate what he pulled off through sheer will and cleverness. With his frame, he absolutely defied nature with those five years at Ozeki.

My fave final yusho bout since WTK v Takayasu a few years back - both Yokozuna doing everything right!
