Wait there’s niche platforms in 2024/2025? All platforms nowadays aren’t niche. Granny and Gramps know about Nintendo at least. Dad and Mom know about PS, Xbox, even PC. Mobile is pretty much universally adopted among everyone. Hell even VR isn’t niche with kids getting Quests.

For like a 7-8” display, 1080p native would be more than enough, could use PSSR or FSR to have games run internally at 720p or lower, then upscale to 1080p. This means it would be easier on the SoC, and use less battery. You don’t need to run them at high resolutions.

Most people who bought this probably forgot about it and it’s collecting dust somewhere, idk why they just don’t have an OTA update system for them, like they’d have to get connected to a Google device no?

Real, I've been using Linux as a daily driver desktop OS for years now, definitely far smoother than Windows will ever be. Also privacy features, incredible customization, just so much better, and with the right distro/desktop environment, even Granny Norma can use it no problems.
