Transformers are fun, mine is named Syndrome (Impostor Syndrome), He's a scientist who modeled himself off of Shockwave and was inspired by his research, experimenting on himself and damaging himself in the process.
He is unable to choose what he changes into, typically causing issues for him.

(Clones have a bad habit of getting killed.)
