We should definitely be cutting more ties than we are, lest we find ourselves friends with the enemy. If we start now we can transition to alternatives before we find ourselves in conflict with little to no preparation
It's pretty clear to me that a lot of Canadians have never seriously grappled with the classic historical question of, "At what point in the 1930s did it become unambiguously despicable to continue doing business in Germany?"

CBC has an essay from an Albertan who says he felt his vote didn't matter when The Liberals won gov from Atlantic and Central seats, before he could even cast his ballot. That's how elections work my dude. Even if you voted before, they still would have won. The time you cast doesn't change outcomes
