The Dragon Bravo Fire on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon has now grown to almost 95,000 acres. Managers have dropped official containment to 4% as extremely dry conditions drive the fire across the Kaibab Plateau. This is a view of the wildfire's massive smoke plume from the South Rim on Tuesday.

On Monday search and rescue crews found a missing woman who had walked away from her campsite along the Mogollon Rim north of Sedona three days earlier. She was airlifted out of a side canyon and suffering from dehydration and minor injuries. (Video courtesy of the Coconino County Sheriff's Office)

An estimated 2,000 to 3,000 demonstrators gathered in front of Flagstaff City Hall on Saturday as part of the nationwide No Kings rallies protesting the policies of the Trump administration. Several other demonstrations took place across Arizona.

West Virgina's Dan Green has won this year's Cocodona 250, crossing the finish line Wednesday afternoon in downtown Flagstaff with a record time of 58 hours, 47 minutes and 18 seconds. The ultrarunning event began in Black Canyon City Monday and runners have until Saturday to finish.
