On the way back from Europe a few weeks ago, we had to get from Boston back home to Orlando. I had heard that Delta was starting a partnership with Shake Shake to have cheeseburgers as one of the first class meals.
...did I spend the rest of my SkyMiles to upgrade and take advantage of this? ...yes

Meanwhile, for FREE at a Christmas market in Basel, I saw two animatronic moose/reindeer sing a song in German about Glühwein

Since travel within the US is so crazy around Thanksgiving, we've started a tradition where we spend this week abroad.
Last year was Amsterdam/Efteling, this year we're touring Christmas Markets across Austria and Switzerland.

So instead of watching the parade, we're on a scenic train to Montreux!
