An oddity of the appellate law practice is that all of your work is immediately published for the world to see and judge. There it is, with all of its wonder and typos.

Ah yes, just got to the portion of the trial court transcript where opposing counsel said—on the record—that not only should the MSJ I wrote be denied, but also that it was so bad that my client “should get new counsel.”
