I grew and dried some amaranth flowers this year as a experiment. need like a big vase to put them in. this kind of decor is tacky imo but it's fine since I grew it myself lol

six years ago, we coincidentally were in Iceland to visit friends on the peace tower ceremony day so we all went. #m43 #photography

pear tart, adapted from the apple tart in Dessert Person. my friend's tree makes tons of these punchy tiny pears that overpower any dessert they're in... and I remembered this "just apples" recipe and figured it would be perfect. and I was right lol. worth the hours of chopping and slicing #baking
