Does the Cycle Design manual only apply on the south side? The cycle route along the royal canal is a mix of black and sand coloured asphalt.

Same thing happened in Dublin when a developer took down a listed art deco garage over a bank holiday weekend.
They were forced to reinstate the building, but the quality of the copy is average at best.
