I haven't watched wwe at all since the nxt rebrand around covid times. It completely lost me.

I grew up with Stampede Wrestling, and every so often Stu Hart would show up, all crippled up in his old age and smack some hot head into shape. The gravitas of Stu and his legacy made it work. Omega ain't there yet, but he could be that face in AEW.

Thats he's competing at all with diverticulitis is amazing. Omega deserves all the grace in the world to continue if he wishes/is capable.

I like wrestling. I've watched aew from the beginning. It's great.

But its also running circular in the men's division and is getting bad habits. Not as bad as I find wwe, but enough that its losing interest for me. The women's division is pure fire in creativity which keeps me watching.

I'm barely hanging on with AEW but I'm skimming more than watching.
