Neat that the this illustration of the freeway has no cars/trucks on it & is being enjoyed by people sightseeing underneath it. This is also what I picture when I think of freeways.

Per my state sen. Kathleen Taylor, universal preschool is "more or less the same program" as a patchwork of state childcare support programs w wait lists that AT MOST reach families at 200% of poverty guidelines (~42k for single parent).
