The demon code prevents me from declining a rock off challenge #MDANT 🏅
read reviews of Brown live. one said "has achieved a whole new level of tonal flatness". another said "sounds like a strangled cat in a bucket".

Definitely try not to watch this week’s Panorama about Trump & Musk & Thiel & all the other tech tossers. It will ruin your day. Truly frightening

Remember trying to wind up some younger cooler types by saying “yeah that is fat, with a P H”. One of them replied with shut up bellend

I also loathe sneering journalists using the term porn star in news reports. I find it so unnecessarily derogatory. Its such a loaded term, full of condemnation for people just making a living, doing something most people are happy to consume. They could easily use adult actor/actress or performer.

At the Olympics, when commentators use the word medal as a verb or medalled as a past participle. Drives me absolutely fookin crackers.

looks like the old Swilly bonfires. council used to bring diggers to make them smaller. local story was that each year before it was lit the council would turn up and remove all the old motorbikes from around the base

some proper laugh out loud moments too. Said to a mate on Monday, this is the best thing I’ve watched this year (I keep a list of all the films & series I watch so could check. He called me a poindexter)

the whole series 3 is masterful television. i often wonder when new series come along if they can keep up the quality. this series really does. we managed to get to the end avoiding any spoilers, and would recommend that approach if possible

There’s an exercise bike out in the storage area. Along with a treadmill. Neither of these things are mine

My rake gets used once a year, but is ace. She has all sorts of kitchen contraptions in a cupboard. Soup maker, milk frother, coffee machines, kenwood chef thing. She’s on about a bread maker. I just point to all the others. Also have a cat fountain & automated feeders. Cats scared of both so no use

It’s like what I’d expect an 8 year old to draw if you said draw me a tall building
October 26, 2025 at 10:41 PM
That’s exactly what it is. There’s two or three other halls around the city centre, all equally ghastly
October 26, 2025 at 1:40 PM
I didn’t know that. It could quite easily have come third of fourth, just in Plymouth
October 26, 2025 at 1:38 PM
You could never describe Plymouth as a beautiful city. Too much of it razed to the ground during the blitz. City rebuilt quickly after the war, so lots of grey, concrete, 3 or 4 storey boxes make up massive proportion of city centre. But this. Jesus man, this. Many more similar as well.
