I think I need genuine mental help

I have a few friends on here that I talk to on a somewhat regular basis. Recently I had a bad anxiety attack and had a feeling of dread for them. So if I’ve been blowing up your phone asking if everything is ok I’m sorry I wasn’t in the right headspace these last two days
