On FB I am in a Corrugated Iron Appreciation Society and I posted this image of CI impression on a block (WW2 defenses?) on a beach near Gullane. And someone called it the ‘ghost’ of CI, which I rather like as a metaphor.

This is a nice traditional example of a fingerpost at Humbie south-east of Edinburgh, with the @eastlothiancouncil.bsky.social circle at the top, and a lovely pointed finger.
I remember amusing a local who saw me leaping out of my car to take the photographs.

The stress of choosing what to put as my first post on BlueSky!!
So here are my two favourite photos from my weekend so far - moonlight so bright that I kept being surprised by how dark it got when the clouds covered the moon when dog-walking late last night; and an autumnal walk in a wood today.
