First official half marathon race, hilly course on a cold and damp day! Stuck to my plan and had fuel in the tank to get me home, really enjoyed it, went better than I thought after a bad nights sleep! Not too bad for an auld fella 😂🤘🏼

Spring is in the air at last 😃. Warm air for an easy run with a bit of elevation, really enjoyed the sun and fresh air of the woods. Helped me shake this cough I have the last week! Woods really heal me when I’m not 100%!
