Thank you for reaching out. Our servers have full disk encryption at rest, but we recommend using end-to-end encryption in addition for maximum security. We’re developing a major back-end upgrade that will include account-level disk encryption, but it's too early to share details. Stay tuned.

• Wrong sender
• Bad logo

The situation has now stabilized following the replacement and rebuilding of several failing SSDs. We are currently investigating the cause of their premature failure, considering the expected durability. Thanks again for your patience.
