I live in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. This morning was deliciously foggy, the colored leaves dipped in the opaque grey. It was hard to get up for work with my cat snuggled next to my belly. It was a long day of work - 12 hours - but I’m home now snuggled in my flannel sheets.

On Mother’s Night, asking mama ocean for strength, fluidity, and power. Kind of like my Kung Fu mantra: relax like a mirror, move like water, hit like thunder.

I’ve been diggin’ the dark this season. Cloak of cozy. Also a space to rest and recharge to meet whatever is coming in January. Hold fast, friends.
