I'd say that judging people based on their preference is snobbish.

The number of bars I've worked in where a barrel of one lager is substituted for another more expensive brand if they ran out lends credence to this opinion. Not saying there aren't differences, but most punters couldn't tell if it came from a pump with the right logo.
