Re The Black & White Minstrels being around 40 years ago. Between the retches as they smeared my face in cocoa for our infant school production I asked loudly why the black girl wasn't being covered in flour and was quickly and emphatically shushed by embarrassed adults.

Fwiw I'm fine with the budget. Salary sacrifice thing is baffling and the Cash ISA limit won't work, but we need to start fixing shit after a decade of under-funding.
