Tell Congress to stop anti-abortion politicians' latest effort to take away abortion access nationwide.

Congress is locked in negotiations over whether to make healthcare affordable or let costs skyrocket. Anti-abortion groups are trying to exploit the debate to push abortion out of reach. We must take action.

If you were one of the authors of the 14th Amendment who wanted to write the citizenship clause to ensure it would never be misinterpreted to deny birthright citizenship, you'd use the exact words they used. It's among the most straightforward and easily understood provisions in the whole document.

Make no mistake, if the 14th Amendment should fall - I am not saying it will, there are plenty of obstacles, I am speaking hypothetically - but if it should fall, no one is safe. It is challenging for most families to prove legal citizenship beyond a generation or two.

Trump's second term eviscerated regulatory autonomy. They even randomly fired Democratic commissioners.

This corruption WILL kill people and cause generational public harm, but it continues to receive less attention in the press than whatever brainfart Sam Altman has each morning
NEW: SCOTUS will hear arguments Monday on Trump’s attempt to fire the last Democratic FTC commissioner. A ruling for the president could dangerously expand his control over agencies regulating the economy, stock market, campaign finance and communications.

The current Supreme Court has forfeited all legitimacy.

Democrats (and everyone) need to address that reality.

John Roberts > Roger Taney.

Court needs to expand. And have fixed terms—like *every* other supreme court in developed world. And have ethics rules, like all normal organizations.

They were: John Roberts. Brett Kavanaugh. Amy Coney Barrett.
