Its also completely illegal. There are rules governing construction in National Parks and all of them have been broken. Maybe focus on that.

None of this passes the smell test. Where is the contract, the permits, site survey, environmental assessment. Everything needed for the Park Service to initiate a project. The President plays zero role in any of that.

Have you all lost your minds? “Pain and suffering” awards are determined by the presiding judge in a case. Have we just decided that isn’t a fact? If he wants to sue for it then he can, but let’s stop pretending that he is the final say. If he goes forward with it, then it is an impeachable act.

Its also an impeachable offense. Jesus Christ are we just gonna pretend that laws don’t exist. Private entities cannot pay for National Park Service projects for a goddamned reason.
