This week, we had more visits to communities to buy indigenous tree and grass seeds — the fruits of months of hard work. Every kilo sold puts money in their pockets and seeds in our stockpile for restoration.

Last year, we visited Barsaloi in Samburu County to source indigenous grass seeds from fodder farming groups specifically Cenchrus ciliaris and Eragrostis superba seeds. For groups that had seeds, we bought them on the spot. 🌾💰 #RangelandRestoration #PastoralistResilience
