Scottish Government has been confirmed as high investment grade, by two global credit rating agencies.
This matches the UK and better than Spain, Italy and Japan.

Using lessons taken from Scotland's groundbreaking police knife and gang violence initiatives in Glasgow nearly 25 years ago, some recognition of that would be nice, but then its in Scotland, the nation that England finds it impossible to to praise for anything progressive at all.
In 2019, we did something transformative: we set up a specialist Violence Reduction Unit to intervene and take a preventative approach.
