Whenever people complain about the number of folks relying on food stamps, it is worth reminding them that SNAP is, by too large of a degree, a subsidy for corporations that refuse to pay a living wage and their political allies who reject public policy prescriptions to reduce income inequality.

The gravitas gap between @petebuttigieg.bsky.social and Karoline Leavitt would be HUGE -- and it may be the only measurable advantage Dems get for a while. But the world is watching and need Dems to fight back. If we fight -- they will fight with us. If we fold -- they stand down.
I keep saying Dems need to do a daily briefing on Capitol Hill and fill the void, fact check the WH. Hire Pete Buttigeig and give him a staff to do this.
