This weekend I was told how my friends teenage kids tried convincing them that the building they kept going into with a neon sign of a shoe, was a shoe store in GTA 5...

So Diablo 4 takes up 125GB of space. I have 155GB of space. I install Diablo 4, then a few weeks later it needs an update. The trouble is, the 30GB of free space isn't enough to update as it has to DL the whole game again, so to play you actually need 250GB!

Just finished watching Civil War. Loved the pacing, the tension, the build up. A stark reflection of what could happen in future America.

DAE feel as they've got older that it takes more effort to find media to consume that's enjoyable? Like, out of every 10 movies I watch, only 1-2 feel like they were worth the time. The same goes for books, games or music.

Having fun is an effort in itself!

Just finished watching 'My dinner with Andre'.

I don't recommend it 😅

It was very much a box ticker.

When you grow up on System of a Down, Deftones, Korn and Linkin Park etc, then 20 years later realise that it's still some of the best of the genre and young people are still listening to it.

Wouldn't have believed it back then.

I finished reading the first Wheel of time book on the weekend. It was mainly about a group of people travelling from one town to another and drinking in their pubs, all in the name of being "chased" by one of the Devil's henchmen.

800 pages of an elaborate ruse to go on a pub crawl.

When I take a day off with no plans, I'm scarily good at doing next to nothing and somehow the day still quickly passes.

It's a worrying reminder how fleeting time is. There's very little I can do to make it feel like it slows down these days.

The Fish Doorbell is live. A livestream to help migrating fish in Utrecht. Ring the doorbell if you spot a fish, and the lock keeper opens the lock so the fish can continue their journey.
