They're just abolishing lawyers, it's fine. Except, of course, that developers can afford to pay theirs privately. It's what they've done with every area of the system, look at the WRC or PIAB, etc. "You don't need a lawyer, and if you hire one, they won't be paid." Except that your boss has one.
