Is it seasonal depression or just regular depression?

It’s so funny my job is to literally talk to strangers all day. Yet I’m meeting someone for the first time (new friend) and I wanna THROW UP

With me performing for the first time in 6+ months tomorrow I have to remind myself I am a good performer. Even without bucking or stunts I can be a good performer. Listen to my body and don’t push myself. Some of my best performances were when I didn’t try to do big dance heavy numbers.

The imposter syndrome is so bad right now it’s honestly quite debilitating mentally :)
