Hard to pick just one, but for NuWho, Father's Day. It's so brilliantly done in every way, from the emotion to the characterization (of 9 and Rose, and Pete) to the cinematography. For Classic Who, City of Death. It's so funny and clever, with peak dialogue and interactions.
