This chart struck me!
It shows how an 18’s remaining time might be spent, assuming a 90 years lifespan. Each dot is a month, and while sleep (288), work/school (126), and cooking/eating (36) take up big portions, "free time" seems to add up to 334, but most of it is screen time (312)
