George, Prince of Wales loved Mrs Fitzherbert, a twice- widowed Catholic and his father, King George III, would never give permission for a marriage to take place. So what did George do? A crucial moment in my novel Prince George & Master Frederick #historicalfiction

#QueenCharlotte, wife of #KingGeorgeIII, died sitting in her chair in her suite at #KewPalace on 17th November 1818. She was disappointed in her sons (no legal heirs) and in her husband who had gone mad. She’s a key character in my book, Prince George & Master Frederick #historicalfiction
