For some reason (probably something I clicked) I now get subtitles automatically on videos when they play. But not just any subtitles, because of my computer setup I get subtitles in English AND IN WELSH.
So if you ever wondered what the Specials looked like in Cymraeg...

I've not seen this 'advert' to which they refer, but it sounds as if someone called Johnlewiserf has moved to Wülferhampton and is trying to muscle in on my rootveg trading monopoly. This will not end well*

I shall peel away, Holeinoneness.
Just bought a 5kg sack of local Tatws (Melody variety). Decent crop this year, so a reasonable price. Couple of years back it was so wet he lost the first two harvests, and price was crazy. We had 60 sacks in t'siop 2 weeks ago, all gone now. A glorious sight. #PRA

Dodgy suppliers, eh? Just ordering myself a nice e-bike (too many hills around here) & they are offering Worry-Free (TM) delivery for £20 extra
I believe that if there are any problems with non-delivery or damage in transit then that's already their problem, under the various Distance Selling Laws

I knew that was the Peterborough hinterland, but just looked it up. Looks like coastal erosion has been pretty bad since they drew up the maps

Hattie J as the Baker?
For some weeks I've been watching the activities of a small garden spider I've called Albert, who has made his home across my back door. I can't use the back door now.
I'm now looking at buying a small tube greenhouse heater for the back porch so that he/she won't freeze.
Am I losing it?

A simple re-design and the scraping problem goes away. Should work for both hands as well.
I believe many years ago the Israeli Army had problems because troops were using magazine catches to open bottles of coke (and bending them), so they built a bottle opener into the rifles.

Why I love Wülferhampton No. 512
It ignores silly C21 technology.
I'm really pissed off with Radio 3's constant adverts* for 'Smart speakers'. Why do I want to talk to a speaker? What's wrong with clicking 'play'?
Here, a 'smart speaker' is Minky explaining the concept of 'writing'.

This is a fascinating but frightening study! It wasn't just the monoxide. Fires, explosions as well as suffocation. A lot of babies and young children - one set of triplets! It's as bad as the Victorian ladies whose long dresses brushed against an unguarded fire.
