Gonna be tougher for her to pay that looming sanctions bill now …

I’ve had several MRIs over the years, and it’s inconceivable to me that anyone getting one doesn’t know what area of their body (eg, lower or upper abdomen, chest, shoulder, head/neck, etc.) is being scanned.

2024 voters coloring the red ballot square were less concentrated than those coloring the blue one. The “efficiency” reference probably addresses the vote allocation (eg, the winner of a state only needs 50%+1 of the votes), and the average red state victory was by a smaller—more efficient—margin.

So, according to Trump, the author of that sign should be … executed?

To his immense delight, Trump perceives Mamdani as fellow wannabe NYC elite who’s been rejected by them despite standing outside their club with his nose pressed against the window.

Judge Ellis derides Greg Bovino as a serial fabulist who brazenly lied on the stand and seemingly considered it funny to perjure himself. cst.brightspotcdn.com/49/34/daecfb...

In case it matters, the excerpt (above, from page 11 of the trial judge’s 233 page ruling) about Bovino’s dubious testimony discusses his lies during a 3-day deposition; it doesn’t say that he “lied in court”.

(FYI, the excerpt shown in Mark Stern’s comment👆is from page 11 of the linked pleading, and the discussion of Bovino’s dubious testimony continues on pages 12-13.)

Seems like publicly undermining the Felon-in-Chief and his DOJ puppets by exposing their misconduct regarding ANY victims is a good thing, even if you disrespect the particular victims addressed in the misconduct disclosure.

At least regarding the “I identify as a Subaru” bumper sticker seen on a Tesla, I thought it was a sign that the owner was mocking MAGAs and separating himself/herself from them and the negative stereotype Musk has given to Tesla owners.
November 18, 2025 at 4:50 AM
Serious question: Can you please explain why the reaction to a bumper sticker like that would be anything other than to laugh—what am I missing?

Thanks for sharing that article. Check out the newly released movie “Nuremberg”. It was illuminating (to me) about that same time period and its resonance with the present. I doubt that its release-timing was coincidental.

Serious question @zachecerson.com: Would his presidential immunity extend to something like this?

Same here. And it’s obvious to any MRI patient what part of the body is being scanned.

a-BUN-dantly so!

@chrisgeidner.bsky.social, are you saying something (eg, a tariff) could be both legal and unconstitutional? How?
