The lack of guarantee from Canada Life I read was published publicly. I’m not clear why the City would not have facilitated those parking guarantees with Canada Life - it would have alleviated one of the biggest points of contention in this debate.

It is my understanding The Granite tried (with no assistance from the City) and they were advised Canada Life could not guarantee availability of those parking spaces.

To my knowledge that parking is not available to the public (neighborhood).
