I forgot that I was growing this one to collect the seeds and ate a few of the ripe ones. They're really sweet with mild acidity. Very tasty 😋 🍅

Growing speckled peas as micro greens. I use these shoots in spring rolls or stir fries but they're great for garnish or salads too. Easy to grow in just 1cm of your grow medium. I'll have fresh shoots in 10-12 days. I'm using coconut coir for these but compost is perfectly fine to use too 🌱

Potato bread or Potato farls or Boxty or Irish potato bread. All depends where you're from as to what you call it. It's lovely though and really simple to make😋

... It's a great way to have a little bit of summer when the days are short and cold.
Plus, tastes great and it's an extra boost of fresh healthy nutrients.

All the LED lights and small aquarium pumps use just 160 watts of power. They run 16hrs day & produce food continuously through the winter

Growing food under lights & hydroponic systems. I have a mini tomato variety, basil (sweet, lemon, Thai, opal & cinnamon), Hungarian hot wax peppers, basket of fire chillies, sweet bell peppers, miniature orange & lemon trees. And I'm waiting for pak choi to come up....

I grew these chocolate bell peppers. They're sweet, no heat at all. Very tasty flavour. Look great too. I wasn't expecting that deep red coloured flesh.
Collected the seeds from this one so I can grow more. I'll see how they come up. 🌱

Apples 🍏🍎
This year was really good for fruit. I think the early sunny spell we had was a big factor. Had loads of plums, blackcurrants, gooseberries, strawberries, raspberries and sour cherries too. All of which are very expensive these days.
Apples are 40c each in the local shop. Mine are nicer 😁

No, no, no. This is a Rouchefoucauld. The finest water-resistant watch in the world. Singularly unique, sculptured in design, hand-crafted in Switzerland and water resistant to three atmospheres. This is *the* sports watch of the '80s. Six thousand, nine hundred and fifty five dollars retail!

I'm making fruity vinegars

Apple scraps, apple cider, raspberry & plum.
They're only a day old and they're already starting to turn to alcohol and my garage smells like booze 🍻

Made more cashew praline because it's delicious.

(Pro tip: don't leave any on the spoon while you're taking photos. You'll need industrial tools and a pressurized steam cleaner to remove it 😋)
