I understand. I lived through the NYC Tompkin Square Police riots in the late 80s, early 90s. Tear gas is a bitch. Stay back from the front of the protest, and if cops are putting on gas masks it's time to move.

I know sometimes it's overwhelming, but we have to keep speaking out. Grab a few friends and head for the nearest protest. Keep boycotting. Refuse to participate in the economy as much as possible.
